You may use OneShop for lawful commerce within your plan limits. Keep your account secure, provide accurate product and pricing information, and follow the laws that apply to your business.

You retain ownership of your store content, catalog and customer relationships. You give us the limited permission needed to host the storefront, process orders and operate features you enable.

You are responsible for fulfilling orders, customer support, taxes, refunds and the payment or shipping providers connected to your store. Third-party services may apply their own terms and fees.

Do not sell unlawful or prohibited products, mislead customers, upload malware, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use customer information without an appropriate legal basis.

Features and limits depend on your selected plan. Paid billing will be clearly presented before activation. You can review the current availability from the billing area of your dashboard.
