We process account details, store configuration, catalog content, orders, customer records, usage logs and billing status needed to provide and secure OneShop.

We use information to authenticate users, operate storefronts, process orders, provide integrations and support, enforce plan limits and improve reliability. We do not sell store or customer data.

Store owners control the customer information collected through their storefront. Owners are responsible for their notices, consent, retention and lawful use; OneShop processes that data to provide the requested commerce services.

Infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment, shipping and communication providers receive only the information needed to perform the features you choose to use.
